More about me and my Daily routine.

Well, I am not very good talking about myself but,  as I was reading a blog I follow (written by a very brave young Lady). I decided to give it a shot. Here goes:

I was raised in the inner city of Cleveland, Ohio in the 70`S


You  know long hair, silk shirts, bell bottom jeans with platform shoes. Then in 1975 I joined the Navy. Spent a few years in Italy, traveled around Europe. I then transferred to southeast Asia. It was in China 1985 (I believe),  where I was introduced to Holistic medicines by an old Chinese apothecary who I will refer to as Chan. Chan impressed on me the reason the Chinese people lived long lives was a simple diet of whole foods and the use of herbs and other plants in their daily routines. He then explained to me that if a Chinese person got sick he was angry at his doctor for allowing it.

Since then I have dedicated my life to the pursuit of holistic, alternative medicines and the study of plants for nutritional benefits .  You know what? I have never really been sick! Oh, I have had colds now and then but, I have never been hospitalized for an illness. Now I realize that GOD is the giver of good health,  and I thank HIM for my health and the plants HE created for me to use. I firmly believe that for every sickness there is a plant based remedy.

Well last year I was introduced to Doterra, a company who extracts the oils from the plants in their purest form. I was Impressed with their quality control standards and they are (to the best of my knowledge) the only place that makes Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Oils.

My Daily Holistic Routine:

I wake up in the morning after diffusing Lavender Essential Oil while I sleep (it really gives me a good night sleep). I drink a cup of coffee with Stevia leaf and 1 drop of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil, I make a glass of water with 2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil and 2 Drops Lemon Essential Oil and use this to take Essential Supplements which provides me with with over 80 essential minerals and vitamins this comprises my breakfast.

For lunch I eat a salad,  usually with a lot of cucumbers from my garden . Around 2pm I make up my water and take a second round of Essential Supplements.  For dinner I try to balance my diet with whole foods(sometimes I can’t do this) and rely on my Essential Supplements to provide me with my daily nutritional needs.

My Attitude:

I am genuinely interested in helping people combat their illnesses and provide them with the tools for preventing them from getting sick. A wise man once told me a long time ago “if you help people solve their problems you will be successful in everything you do”. I took this to heart and I’m not doing too bad. I’m holistically healthy, generally a happy person and am glad if I can make a difference in today’s world.
