General description:

The oil is made of the flowers of Canangaodorata or ylang-ylang tree. The flowers are very popular among people for its fragrance. They are being used to make essential oils for a long time. The distillation process has different steps and oils collected at different steps also have different names and functionality. After a shorter distillation process oils are collected which we call ylang-ylang extra. Then the distillation process starts again and keeps repeating until ylang-ylang III is collected. The output of the second distillation process is called ylang-ylang I. Ylang-ylang I contain rich constituents.
