Health benefits of Hydrangea

Wow, a common plant in Gemma’s garden with amazing benefits.

Hydrangea is a plant. The root and rhizome (underground stem) are used to make medicine.

Hydrangea is used for urinary tract problems such as infections of the bladder, urethra and prostate; enlarged prostate; and kidney stones. It is also used for hay fever.

How does it work?

The chemicals in hydrangea may cause increased urine output, which could help some urinary tract problems. (Excerpt from Web-MD).

I have always used alternative medicines and have recently started learning and using essential oils. I am trying to change the health of the world one person at a time.

  1. Quality essential oils can add a quality to life that few other products can. It is still important to remember that these oils are simply ONE COMPONENT that contribute to healthier living. People must understand that transitioning destructive PATTERNS into beneficial ones is required for LONG TERM SUCCESS.

It’s nice to see a person pursuing such a meaningful purpose in life. I wish you much success on your journey.
