Cinnamon Bark ( I use one drop in my coffee, I love the taste).

General description:

Cinnamon is used as a spice in cooking. The plant is mainly found in India and Sri Lanka. Oil is collected from the barks of the tree by steam distillation process.

Benefits of the oil:

Improves blood quality and fasten the healing process. Improves the quality of the brain function. This is also a very good sexual stimulant. Prevents various diseases and helps to reduce high blood pressure.

How to apply:

Diffusion and dilution are common application techniques.

Oral intake is not encouraged as the oil is very strong.
