Today I am going to talk about how I use essential oils to maintain my health. I will only list a couple today and will post every Friday at 9am.
This always opens my airways.
I take 1 Drop of peppermint oil in my left hand, put my right thumb in the oil and place on the roof of my mouth. I then rub my hands together and breathe deeply a few times, I then rub what’s on my hands on the back of my neck.
This is a great pick-me-up drink:
2 drops lemon oil and 2 drops peppermint oil in 8 oz glass of water. (Be careful that you don’t use plastic because oils interact with the plastic.
